Refund policy
Teena’s Tiny Treats does NOT accept returns on any edible products due to food safety interests. At the end of the day we truly want you to be satisfied with your order. Sometimes there are issues with an order and we will address those on a per case basis if our shop is in error. Please contact us within 2 days of your delivery to work out the details with your order. If a reshipment is justified, the customer assumes the cost of packing/shipping charges.
Damaged items:
We package orders to ensure it arrives in good condition. Handling of the package after shipment is out of our control. We realize on rare occasions, orders get damaged. We will replace a product determined to be too damaged for consumption. To file a claim for a damaged item please email us and provide photos of the damaged product to support your claim so we can determine eligibility for replacement. Please note that the freeze drying process removes all moisture from foods and, depending on the foods' composition, can render some products more brittle than others. Some minor crumbling may naturally occur with even the most gentle of handling and is to be expected. These conditions are subject to change without notice.
